i had a mini reset of like 6 levels the other day. took away my gold rpg. was lame, but i got it a few games later. meh

I finally got them to answer the phone! They got my account info and they have told me that many people have had the same problem. Apparently its a failiure they are having in their system so watch out if it happens to any of you guys!

Now I've gotta wait for the upper ranks to reply me and tell me what to do and if they are going to fix it.
