It's either your internet or console. I don't have any consistent issues with the xbox one. My only consistent issue is usually related to updates, which are fixed by doing a hard reset (holding down the power button).

I assume you tested other games/CoDs already to make sure it's BO3-specific?

I did this dose not happen with any other cod game or any other game I own

Game works flawlessly for me every time. I've dropped maybe 2 games total since December 1st
