Well what it means is that there are going to be more games like Ghosts.
Neversoft was a big part of the development for Ghosts with Infinity Ward.
They just decided to merge to companies and create one to work as one brute force rather than lets say splitting the workloads.
Maybe it will result in better games for Call of Duty on the 3 year rotation or maybe every third year we will dread the new release.
