I've played 2 total games of respawn game modes, but even with no experience I think it's safe to say spawns will be spawns. It's all about smart routes, smart decisions, and good reactions, especially if you're using an unsilenced weapon or if you're on radar. Even if you're off the radar and have a silenced weapon, people will react to dead teammates or come for revenge kills. Getting caught sprinting or caught reloading isn't the game's fault, which is usually the reason people die, rather than 'bad spawns'. I personally like going for revenge kills and hate spawning on the other side of the map.
Edit: I watched the video.. you were caught sprinting every time..also, that's a tarp. You're also using a sniper, so strafing, dropshotting, or jumpshotting to evade people wouldn't help as much. Coming out of the front of strip club front door is dangerous and you ran straight for it..when you died to the guy top pawn the first time you should've climbed the ladder. The second time going for top pawn you could've peaked around the corner or went top hotel.
All just depends, I almost always take off sprinting when I spawn. When I walk 3 feet forward and get shot in the back or blown up by an IED, I would call that "poppy spawns". The pawn shop thing in his video was just retarded lol, he just got straight outplayed twice in a row. That is a common spot for people to go and you should always check it.
