I'm honestly surprised more people don't use the MR-28 with burst fire on it.

It's much more powerful than the MSBS, and has a faster burst.

all there gonna do is make it so the gun isn't a 1-2 burst kill. Will probably make it 2-3

Less mobility and ammo, haven't seen much of a difference in kick, but a drastic increase in damage at range.

It's damage is still low compared to the other AR's that everyone uses.
I've out shout the FAD just about every time.
You can not speak for the rest of the CoD community, just because you're good with that gun and like it does not mean everyone is.

People have too much fun just spraying with it and getting 2 shot kills with a red dot.

The Ai-2 or whatever it is is OP with a red dot / silencer as it still 2 shots from across the map lol.
Kick is more but if you can aim the guns unbeatable.

Majority of the people I see using the MSBS can't aim that thing and just shoot in zigzags like its a laser cannon hoping they kill me.
Close range I get one shot hip fired by it but at distance I can always tell when someone is using it.
Majority of random online cod players have horrible aim and can't use a single shot or burst weapon efficiently or at-least not the ones I've ran into lol.
I personally do not even see the MSBS that often.
My most seen gun is AK-12 / 805

Idk, I think most just don't understand the concept of using a 3-burst/single shot as opposed to a full auto. When I use a full auto I typically stay moving and aim, when I'm using a burst or single shot I don't aim as much and simply strafe to keep up the aim (With stalker obv).

I get hitmarkers with the damn thing when it's not silenced. It's a good gun, it's just not consistent enough for me. I always lose my killstreaks with it on close encounters, it rarely one shots for me at point blank range. Which is beyond irritating, seeing as it pretty much always 1 shots me at close range lol. Oh well, I'll stick with the remington or sa.
