Gambler perk is a good thing too. You spawn with a random perk.

stalker, steady aim, lightweight, marathon

MSBS w/ Red dot/Armor piercing
No secondary
Either a tactical or lethal

Ready up/Stalker/Focus/Quickdraw/Gambler

As for killstreaks I usually stick with Specialist and change it up depending on game type.
