mw3 is AIDs, especially SnD. people freeze up as soon as their dinner bell sitrep goes off. tubers aren't even common in MW2 SnD.. at least they're super easy to avoid, so i never notice them. assuming ghosts is actually going to have good hit detection with the removal of TM and addition of servers, i'd play MW2.
