i have less than 10 thrown back nades amongst all the CoDs combined. getting into a situation to where i could even throw a nade back is rare, let alone attempting to throw it back, rather than running away since you don't know how long it has been cooked.

i've personally never boosted before and disliked bo1 enough to not get any pro perks outside of marathon and warlord, but i totally understand boosting with thrown back nades. totally different than making a gun look fabulouusssss.
