That happened in me a long time ago.
I bought this stuff called Scratch Out, was a white grainy like paste worked for me.

Installing a rented copy from redbox seems to have fixed the issue :P . Thanks everyone.

I literally don't know anyone who lives in this state that plays cod. The few people I do hang out with in this state, most definitely don't play cod.

Installing it to hard drive then playing your disk will work fine. done that on my fifa 13.
