ur encoding settings are way too high as well (guessing because i see u 2 baring)

you should go to

testmy.net/upload

and do ur upload to 33 mb itll tell ur ur actual upload speed so u dont over use ur connection and make it be pure fuckery... unless u dont mind getting the jump and getting killed by that gay shotgun pistol
