Without lag comp it would be unplayable, unless they made dedicated servers. Basicly what would happen without lag comp is that no bullets would ever register except for the Host, and people with less than 10 ping (wich is impossible through the interwebz).

Activision = will probably be a shit game.

Every CoD has had it, but BO1/MW3/BO2 all had it worse, so there's no reason they won't continue for the fourth straight year of bad lag comp. It's not a Treyarch game, so it's automatically going to be better though (minus MW3's sitrep pro patch).


There is still some, but you're definitely right. It was awful, awful, awful at first..even worse than BO1/BO2.

btw i have a feeling and i was going to do a commentary on it that i believe

in the lawsuit vs old mw2 devs they had to release the netcode for mw2 up and thats why the new mw3 patch came out so i think in "ghosts" there is a high chance it will be as good as mw2s
