Comes from DLC, it is a submachine gun with accuracy and range of an assault rifle. Its fire rate is high, especially with "rapid fire" and lethal in 3 round bursts with "select fire" + "FMJ"
There is talk of its damage being nerfed like the old gun in Black Ops 1. Completely broken and very cool looking.

Except it's about the lowest of all smgs and most AR have a higher fire rate.

But yeah if you compare it's fire rate to a smaw it's pretty damn fucking fast sir.
