FAL was my second gold, it really is not that difficult. Like a few have said previously, use select fire and aim for the chest. It has a pretty good hop so you should get a couple headshots each game.

And it is two shots to the head. I do not remember this is previous COD installments, but I really only played WAW extensively other than this one. WAW was one shot head shots.

it was 2 shot headshot in black ops I and 1 shot headshot in mw2 with stopping power i think

with the fal i ould average 10 hs a game when i as trying to get them if i didnt try i ould get 1-3 per game

Aim for the chest. Guaranteed hits pretty much and with recoil it makes it easier to land headshots
The rest is practice with the gun. Maybe the fal isn't for you and you might love a different gun
