Idk, But I know it helps me level up after prestiege mode lol. All the Bonus Exp is definitely a plus to prestieging.

I already did lol. It's the best sniper weapon in my opinion & the fairest / most legit. You would never see a semi-automatic sniper rifle in world war II. Or any other war for that matter. The Rifles we have today have smart bullets, heat seeking bullets etc. but Black Ops2 is the only game I've EVER seen with a semi-automatic sniper rifle.

The Ballista just seems more legit in my opinion, I'm fully legit & don't use rapid fire mods or any crap like that and I've prestieged going on Twice now. Plus it has cool camo's!

I absolutely hate the people using the semi-automatic Rifles.
