Perk 1 - Lightweight
Perk 2 - CB or FH
Perk 3 - Extreme Cond. or Dexterity

flak Jacket mainly because all the noobs that literally can't play without throwing c4 or using any kind of explosive. if you feed, hardwired for those gay ass emp nades

Personally, I run:

Lightweight
Toughness + Fast Hands
Dexterity
C4 or Combat Axe

This allows you to run a sniper and a secondary and two attachments.

I usually go with
Silenced/fast mag ballista
Tac45/dual
Ghost/lightweight
Cold blood
Dexterity
C4
C4 isn't too bad with cold blood if you're double tapping square.
