I don't know if mine is bad, but I wouldn't be suprised if it was. I've got 3mb of internet download purchased and only 1mb arrives

as far as your other statement, advertised speeds are not average, but what it can be at max performance; what it peaks at.

as you can see though, you don't need need 1Mb to play COD though.

other its seems that crappy connections do better on lag comp
