so it's flickering with just an hdmi to hdmi cord? do you have any other high quality hdmi cables in your house that you can just test out since the ones that come with the hdpvr2 are pretty cheap.

if that doesn't fix it, then i'm still guessing the flickering has to do with your power source or maybe your monitor's refresh rate.

its the pvr.

i was testing it.

when it wasnt flicering, i touched the cords, and it went out, then came back on 5 seconds later.

it setup as HDMI from tv to my hdpvr in HDMI Out
then component from my pst, into my hdpvr
ten usb etc and power

then i sometimes get on my tv "Not Supported" and it sometimes flashes black and comes back in with like 5 seconds,

and on my hdpvr its like none of this is even happening.

there's the reason. you need to be using just hdmi cables and it will fix it.

Doesn't work like that.

it says only for xbox, can you only use hdmi cables.

ps3 you need component + HDMI,
but doesnt matter anyway. just went out and got a GOPro hero camera for 230$, gunna go re-sell this.

ahh. what did you want a capture for in the first place? lol ..considering there are other options you kind of gave up pretty easy on making CoD videos.
