I feel the need now to use toughness....You will win alot more gun battles with it..

Perk 1: Ghost + Lightweight
no perk 2
Perk 3: Extreme + Dext

that's really all you need. All I do is rush though, so if you had a bitch playstyle I suppose you could switch things

for the most part the perks in this game are fucking terrible though and don't even help

I have fun most of the time I play it, as do other people. If it upsets you so much then stop playing. Games are meant to be played for fun.
