i'm pretty sure that i'm on topic in saying that you have a horrible capture card and it needs to be replaced immediately.

I didn't notice much wrong with the rest, but then again. It is theater mode.

ok for one i dont have a capture card period this is a clip from a match that i saved on mw3 with there save system edited it ( sped up / slowed down) obv.

then i recorded that clip by taking a video with my phone.

so my capture card is all free if u ask me
