Use Black Hat, it's a tactical item (under the Flash Bang category).

Aim it up at the flying UAV and hold on until it completes the hack.

To take over a more powerful streak, like HATR, you need two Black Hats.


It's a retarded item and needs to be removed.

I wouldn't go so far as saying its retarded and needs to be removed.
But definitely needs some restrictions.

You get 3 or 4 kills to earn a UAV and the other team just uses a free tactical to not only take it away from you but also steal it for themselves?

Very retarded. The fact that they die and respawn with a new one is lame.

The HATR is like the VSAT. So it shouldn't be able to be hacked in my opinion.
