I skipped the last COD, and am deciding on buying a new console. Is AW any good thus far, comparing MW's go?

anyways, the lag comp is retarded at times. Worse than any other game.
Ar's are too powerful, outside of gb they arent required by any means, its not game breaking you can do well with anything.
shotguns are fucking awful until you get all the attachments and some you need the special drops to give you a little more of that one stat. Then they are fun to use.
explosive damage is toned way the fuck down, even with danger close they are really weak in comparison to other cod games. same goes for kill streaks.
kill streaks are harder to earn and arent fucking rofl angels of death you rack up 30 kills with anymore. even the big ones arent absurd.
perks are whatever, i think some tuning needs to be done on what perks are in what category. seriously can play with zero perks and be good. no pro perks.
exo suits - the jet pack shit is what i was on the fence about. after reach destiny and another game im forgetting about i was really worried but its done pretty well and adds fun gameplay.
i may be wrong because i dont have a headset but i cant hear footsteps, there is a exo perk to silence them but i stopped using itbecause it didnt seems to matter.

game modes where edited a bit. Domination now has a switching sides halfway through the game
search is best of 10 with shorter rounds and a few new modes added. i havnt played all of them so i cant comment further.

TL;DR

games more about awareness and gun control than ever before but lag compensation fucks you anyway.






overall its better than anything after mw2.
pre oma nerf and pre black ops launch ( when mw2 really got good imo ) its probly a better game.

needs a few tweaks and it will be a fantastic game.

If you can deal with black ops 2 lag comp you can play this game

Motherfuckers jumping and cloaking everywhere, terrible spawn system, lag, 10 year olds, quickscoping

thought i liked it, but its fairly fucking shit, they've literally ignored 3/4 of the issues and hope you're distracted by jumping.

As trolley as this sounds he nailed it. Haven't met any quickscopers in BAL of Duty yet but this is the first CoD where pubs are completely unbearable.

Went 22-4 last night in search.. I'm loving this game xD

quick scoping isnt bad with the way lag comp works half the time my shot wont even register.

the cloak only lasts for like 10 seconds.

Wish there where more 10 year olds i could tell to kill them selves but no one talks in game anymore.


i thought the spawn system wasnt that bad at first and then my mind changed slowly.

and then yesterday i spawned in knife range of a guy sitting in a corner.
Same game got a collateral because the guy ran past someone the instant he spawned.


its pretty lols.

I'm having a good time. I get a lot of ppl with mics tho especially when playing hardpoint. I thought the spawns were nuts at first too but once you know them it doesn't seem that crazy. They're just a lot harder to learn on this game because it isn't all 1 flat plane
