He is kind if a big deal. I'm in charge of screening applicants. Qualifications are high. You shouldn't be discouraged. The qualifications are more about whether to are creepy, annoying or childish. I will explain the application process.

1. You need to send a message to be on Xbox live. It must be a voice message. You need to sing the alphabet song. If you do not know the song, I recommend using google or another search engine of your choice.
2. Following the message, you may be invited to join our party. You will be informed that you are still in the review process. You must use only a combat knife for the first 7 games. You must vote for the larger map of the two options. It is my sole discretion to determine whether you in fact voted for the correct map. I will state what that vote must be.
3. If you are selected at this point, you will move into the probationary phase. This is an unspecified amount I time. It could be a few days or as long as a month. If at any point I decide you need to be removed from the probation and your consideration terminated, you will be kicked from party. You may reapply so please handle any decision with grace or it may damage any future applications.
4. If you are selected to move past the probationary state, you will receive a friend request from David. He will invite you to a game at his leisure and allow you to remain in the party for an amount of time fitting his personal desires. He reserves the right to remove you from the party at any time and/or remove you from his friends list.
