i don't think the game looks very good tbh, but i kind of like the idea of playing the newest version with friends.

opinions on previous cod installments:
bo2 - game sucked because of the connection/host issues. i was/am pretty good at the game though.
mw3 - game kind of sucked because of the connection/host issues as well as the sitrep update
bo1 - i'd rather share needles with magic johnson than play this steaming pile of shit
mw2 - my favorite cod. best maps, guns, hit detection, etc.
waw - see bo1
cod4 - was fun, but people nostalgia it too hard and forget how broken some of the game was
cod 3 - see waw
cod 2 - great game, but not populated anymore.

If you didnt liked mw3 and bo2, you prob wont like this one either.

Hit detection is as good as it was in mw2. If you were good in bo2 with all of the bullshit, I'm guessing you will enjoy this game. I love not playing against invincible kids every other game lol. Killstreaks have been nerfed a lot, they are probably the weakest they've been since cod4. Sound whoring is back unfortunately, seems like it's a standard perk for all cod games now.

soundwhoring is awesome though, except they helped the non sound whorers b.c when the bomb is being planted, you only hear one beep if that.

it's just stupid that you can sound whore through dead silence, kinda defeats the purpose of dead silence lol.
