Topic. Just got the game and I don't want to waste points trying out worthless guns, at least at the beginning.
Also, are smgs useful in general on here? In past cods all I did was run and gun/rush.

Use an AR, pretty much all of them kill in 2-4 hits. A lot of beginners seem to like the Honey Badger, all of them are viable options though.

Use the SC-2010 that it lets you start out with, save those squad points for attachments/perks

Ghosts is hard to rush on because you die so quickly, AR's are your best bet.

Unless you play against noobs you're going to get wrecked if you rush. I love hearing those lil footsteps marching on in.
