Why cant this gun be more efficient up close?

Reason 1: Its a sniper lol

Reason 2: No scoping is impossible with a sniper

Reason 3: The zoom in time is so slow no one has enough time to react to a guy turning a corner

Because the community doesn't want people noscoping them. To start with, it's fisically impossible to noscope.

zomming in is slow on that sniper because it has to be balanced. If you want to scope fast use the ballista, but the cost of that is getting hitmarkes from the nipples downwards

If you're going to correct, make sure it's right when you do.

As for no scoping being impossible, I got 360 no scoped in a custom game for the final kill in a custom game with a couple buddies when we were playing a quick scope/no scope match to 30.
