Shield got too low block chance but life and life rep are very nice mods.
Hard to p/c for me. Would say something between 0 and 50fg but wait for another opinion here please.

Armor is 0fg. Any 4s armor will beat this.

Inaccurate on the kite shield.

Lots of people use kite shields in LLD, block% is fine given level. It actually has pretty strong mods, if it were on East NL it'd be worth at least a few hundred. Armor mods aren't ideal, I think a lot of chars won't have 51str at 18 (e.g. my zon, so zons are out) and overall combo of mods could be better.

Tyvm for both your inputs. You make a valid point about the armor, its already vendored You also made a valid point about the shield, is the cold resist a wasted roll?

CR is good IMO
