just craftet lvl 17 mana boots with 5% 1dex 5fire ress 12 base mana

it was just a fun thing and well i guess 5% on that lvl doesnt make a point on that lvl?

You areright, the 5% mana is not much.
There are uniq/set boots that are better.

I am not sure, but I don't think there is anything useful for level 18 that can be crafted.

For level 30 there are caster belts, gloves with cb or kb, blood and mana boots.
