Did these get ruined or enhanced by the Frost nova? Cuz otherwise these seem pretty gg?

they don't have dex, mana or stamina, which are great in lld, but the tri-res is nice. I'm actually iso a pair, so I'll offer 50fg. Lmk either way, thanks
