The CM levels added by this orb provide only negligible returns when you factor in all of the other plus-skills items you'll be wearing. And the mana is super low, which is the stat that sets top orbs apart.

It's a nice orb, but not the greatest. And with ladder ending and d2r coming out prices are severly deflated.
