+15 to max dmg or adds 4-15 dmg jewel to use for a lvl 18 zealer?

Adds 4-15max is always the better jewel.
15 max is just a temp one.
You also can get 20max for level 18, just to let you know

Thanks, yes i was aware of the 20max'ers. It has been a very long time since i did some lld (10+ years). ANy idea what a 20 maxer is worth these days on eu scl?

i have a 20ed 6 str 9 dex 30 cold res jewel, is that worth anything ?
