Need pretty much everything but rings for a level 30 necro:

Boots, helm, shield, wand, belt, amulet, tele staff, and sc 15/12 or 15/11 or 14/12.

I'm aiming for rare items, not magic/white items (except for the obvious charms, as well as for wand), so nn magic item offers unless stated.

Always leave full stats and price please. Pictures help.
