Ias breaks points for this Bow would be:
Ias 37 > Ticks 10
Ias 63 > Ticks 9
So if you wanted to hit 9 it would need 2x Shael and use Death's.
Robo would probably still be better.
Not sure about EU but on East Superior Ashwood Bows / 15 Ed / 3 Ar / 5 Soc typically sell for 50-100+ depending on Market Demand.

Without 20 ias its 1 sox bow. And these stats with 1 sox are average. I wouldnt expect good fg on this
