hey, got few pairs of chain boots for lvl 30 with decent mods 30frw/10fhr/dex/res etc but i wonder if this base is even usable? i know peple usualy aim for str buggable base
any point to post them and try to sell?

Hey, always depends on stats.
If res are 30+ they are useable for sure but dont expect too mutch.
Most ppl search for 35res+
