350 is far too high of a pc. 5/6 mods and almost no builds use this high of a str belt. those that do, chargers, concers, etc, use IKs or string.
9 str put it above lvl 18 req, where rare belts are mainly used. 99% of lvl 30 chars use deaths, iks, string, or an FCR belt.
imo you'd be lucky to get 25 fg for it sadly
