the parts i ment were :

using or not using the brain has nothing to do with bein new or not, the most guys want to make profit / fgs with their items, if u want to make fgs with it u have to work for it, nothin in life is free.

ok this is a rule everyone should keep in mind while identifying LLD rares boots :

no dex / cr / mana : charsi

exemples of good lld rares boots :

30 frw
3x cr
3x lr
3x fr
half freeze

or :

30frw
10fhr
3-5 dex
25+ cr/lr

if your boots doesn't match thoses req, you can charsi, because sanders will be always better
