Not worth to socket it with a -15 req jewel with other adds? Believe it should lower the level requirement by 3.15 or something like that? :/

This is East Ladder (keeping into nl if its worth using by me)

First time wanna start vlld, sounds like alot of fun.

Shopped this with a lvl 80+ in Norm Act 2

Bone Shield
20% increased chance of blocking
30% faster block rate
8% damage taken goes to mana

Have not socketed it yet, just wondering if its useful or just charsi.

I'd say that you need more than 1 socket for it to be good, could be wrong though.
