its a war scepter, mid lvl melee duelers do not use normal items, most use elite items and some use high end exceptional items

sorry, style doesn't mean crap items

I have several stylish items, however for lld/mld your scepter is worhtless.

Upgrade it 2x and try to sell to a high lvl, you won't get much if anything at all from it as a mld weapon.

eth oath sc can do upwards of 300 damage easily

it would still be over lvl 49 required, and -15 15 ias jewel cannot exist
