I'd think it would be over level 50 if you upgraded it, but try if you wish.
Oath > it, not very good i think. Total useless unless you up it anyway and needs eth/rep to even come close to oath.



80 life is max so yes its quite useful, 30~ fg



Nice 4 sockets on gothic shield

500000000 fg.

but for a 3 socketed one.. a jabber might use it as they need little block as lots of dex, i guess 10~ fg



Doubt any lvl 12's would use it, life > stats, but eh keep it you might get a few fg.

Could be useful for a concer, but it needs 2 sockets to be used imo. Try offer it and see if anyone likes it.
