i use similar circlet on my bf/kicker sin. but its also usefull as a necro circlet i gess 1/20/2.
last one of the 1/20/2 went for 100 ish (somewhere around that i think)
As a bowa this circlet total shit. Gamble yourself 20frw/20-30ed/2os circlet or at least 20frw/light dam/2os
