What about this level 9 ring?

70 ar
6 energy
12% fire res
1 mana after each kill

I just searched through arreat summit and saw that 60 ar is max on rare rings (lvl8), but this thingie spawned with the "light" suffix getting +10 more ar. I don't really have knowledge on vlld so it'd be cool if someone could help me out
