8% FHR/15% LR large charm, level 27 req. Looks good to me, but not sure if it's worth anything.

Compare that to Hoz

Anyone know the value of a 24 max lvl 27 jewel? escL

Like Grimaud says, it's a perfect roll for that lvl req, however, the lld levels mostly used are 9 and 18 and at lvl 18 (or actually lvl 16) you can get up to +6 max and 48 AR so that charm isn't particularly good. It could be usefull as a temp for someone desperate for FHR but I don't see that happening any time soon - sorry!
