really nice with eth selfrep war boots since it's 10 less str to stat, but would imo need 5 dex to be "perfect" - but these are absolutely a good pair of kicker boots

why? Base dmg isnt too bad and they get the same dmg bonus from dex like stygians.

because with 80 less ed they'd be the best lvl 30 javs ever to spawn.

titans/rare elite javs beat those ones
