ppl would want 1) better base shield
2) defl mod
3) if ppl need block at 30 they'll use whistan/adsod/visc

as i alrdy said it's one of the sickest mld blizz orbs because of the TS.

but lacks mana etc for most ppl to offer good, once again just post it up and hope someone will need it.

try both euscnl + lld section, bold it etc

2 vlld fcr rings.
