shield can be 4 sockets and 65/121 (so it's pretty bad because spirit is the only usefull RW)

the jewel is idk, ladder is bit too new, can be 24 max but it's decent i guess

IS this worth anything?

low stat , can be 5 and 5 ( str /dex) , nice ar , no usefull adds like replenish/life/mana (4 mana low) , so crap
if ladder , maybe any take it as temp for low fg , but doubt

It's the best on Europe.

I remember perz asking for a ridiclous amount for his (about 3k or something)

I'd say don't let it go too cheap (i'm bad at these prices) but it's by far the best for both 30 and 49.
