The shield itself is not that bad imo.

Tower Shields have a pretty nice blockrate for vlld, but a very high str req. 75Str is much compared to 70str req ( sigon) or 40str req builds.
It also could have some more defense and dmg2mana would be a huge add, but 6 life is lovely.

res is a nearly useless mod in vlld btw

hard to price check, i would say ~ 50fg maybe. but you could also have problems in finding a buyer, so take offers i suggest
