For a lvl 30 that helm wont be of much help imo. Melee chars prefer either sup 3os helms or even better eth/rep high ed 2os helms. I admit I never tested ds on lvl 30s, but you can do some math and figure out exactly how much avg dmg you will get from a 20+max jwl/20ed stat jwl or the 8% ds. I doubt ds will match the jwl tbh. 17life is a nice add tho, but again eth/rep 2os > this imo.
