If someone's looking to make a cold sorc, Im sure it'd be worth alot to them (at least 50fg).
Blizzard is not a very good PvP spell though.

The defense is nice for being a helm, but its not worth it.
The life and resistances are too low and there's no FHR.

its 4% away from perf ed% on 15lvl
id say it works well as temp helm on def based char

as for price, since its missing 2 sockets, id say 5-10fg
