I doubt this is worth keeping, the damage isn't particularly nice for a two hander (rarely used) and the sacrifice charges can't be repaired so even if they were useful they would not last long. I would charsi it.

at level 37 I don't think this is worth keeping, the fool's mod is nice, but the base isn't. I'm not sure what the mediocre weapons in the level 39 bracket are like, but you might want to compare to say a headstriker or an honor (runeword).
