It is the staple for most ES Blizz Sorc's that don't want to use Spirit.
Probably around the same price as a Decent Spirit Sword.
If it had Cold Mastery or 2 Socket it would dramatically increase its value.
Can agree with this. The high mana will give you some more fg but imo this orb is max 50-75fg
