Low str doesn't mean anything since this is clearly gonna be used on a melee char and you're gonne have to stat str either way for a weapon, life is pretty low, visionary actually doesn't do much. At lvl 30 you only get 30% which doesn't boost it a lot. +ar (1xx) is more beneficial, pr isn't really useful since resis is easy to get, better off with cold or lightning.
